Does it help with the pain at the back of my knee?
Yes! Our Kneesleeve provides all-round compression, that means even if your pains/discomfort is at the sides, back or even slighly above or below the knee, you will feel the relief as long as it is covered by our sleeve.
What if the size does not fit?
No worries, we can do a free size exchange as long as it is within 30 days of purchase!
Simply contact us and mail the item to our address, and let us know which size you would like to change it to, we will mail a new item of your desired size to your address.
How tight should it feel?
It should feel comfortably tight, slightly tighter than your normal socks.
If the size is correct, you should feel relief from your pains/discomfort, and comfortable at the same time.
If it is too tight, you may feel discomfort. If it is too loose, it may not have any effect.
What if I have sensitive skin and I'm unable to use the sleeve?
If you have purchased our product and it turns out to be unsuitable for your skin, we can do a refund for you as long as it is within 30 days of purchase.
Simply contact us and mail the item back to our address, we will process the refund back to you.

I got three items yesterday — two knee sleeves and one foot sleeve. Adrian personally came to my place to help me choose the correct sizes and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. I bought many pairs a year ago. Recent purchase i noticed its shorter than previous ones.Any particular reason for it being shorter?
I feel tight on knee but very comfortable. Good support. My husband and I are using it and i recommended it to my brother in-law.

No need to review. It works. I have bought the products esp the knee sleeves many times. At least 3 to 4 times. I have bought them for my parents and also for my relatives. I do wish the products were slightly cheaper! Can use CDC voucher? Lol…but on a more serious note…when is the full leg version coming out? As of now, I need to wear both knee sleeve and calf sleeve. Glad you have a tie up with a TCm clinic now. Wishing your company well. And yes, I was one of those who initially doubted the product because it was mostly tik-tok videos. But once I took the plunge, went down to your shop in Hougang (now it is in Ubi), tried your knee sleeve and foot sleeve, I realised ok it actually works. It helps to alleviate the symptom of inflammation and give some pain relief. Looking forward to the Recovry version of Flytex.

Works well! The pain while standing long is not felt at all. But i need to pull it up a few times a day to make sure that it’s still in the correct place. Other than that, good buy
