What if the size does not fit?
No worries, we can do a free size exchange as long as it is within 30 days of purchase!
Simply contact us and mail the item to our address, and let us know which size you would like to change it to, we will mail a new item of your desired size to your address.
How tight should it feel?
It should feel comfortably tight.
If the size is correct, you should feel relief from your pains/discomfort, and comfortable at the same time.
If it is too tight, you may feel discomfort. If it is too loose, it may not have any effect.
You can adjust the compression by using its outer straps for your desired effect!

I have slip disc L4-L5, this belt can be worn under clothes on top of pants/skirt and it will stay hidden. It help with my back ache during recovery period. It is very comfortable and I can wear whole day without any discomfort! After sticking the Velcro, there are another 2 more Velcro at the side, use that to tighten the belt! This belt was my first purchase from Recovry. I later bought their socks for feet plantar fasciitis and knee guard and they are all great! The knee guard is comfortable than the ones sold at guardian/watsons. The back end after sales service is superb too! I had recommended to friends and family and will continue to do so ❤️ Do search on YouTube how to build up muscle on our back so that such pain will not come back often. But when such pain comes back, Recovry belt will be there for me 😆 Thank you!
“Pulled” my lower back muscle while running and was in pain for many days. Doctor prescribed painkillers but even after consuming them for days, the pain has not seen any improvement.
